NON SLIP SAFETY COATING INSTALLATION
UltraSyntec offers a wide range of non slip surfaces for use in Industrial, commercial and public sector, focusing on high quality products developed to provide the optimum in non slip safety flooring.

Our Syntec Safety Surfaces range of non slip surfaces are designed to provide safe working surfaces for vehicles including HGVs and fork lift trucks as well as for pedestrian foot traffic.

A recent example was an enquiry from one of our blue chip companies, Pilkington (UK) Ltd., famous for their glass manufacturing. They required a non slip floor for pedestrian and fork lift traffic.

Stage 1: The floor area was mechanically prepared using Blastrack and grinding systems with industrial vacs attached to minimise dust.

Stage 2: Localised floor repairs were undertaken using polyurethane floor repair materials.

Stage 3: Heavy duty polyurethane coating was then roller applied, broadcast with aggregate to provide a non slip surface.

This was an ideal environment to use the non slip flooring.

  • All Products conform to BS 8204
  • Options available for improving safety underfoot on steps, stairs and ramps.

Individual formulations to promote added non slip flooring in wet areas or areas subject to spillage.

SAFETY LINE MARKINGS
UltraSyntec also specialise in the use of hard wearing resin flooring techniques to create hatched areas, to mark out pedestrian walkways and line markings and to create letters and numerals, as well as guidance to fire exits, in line with Health & Safety requirements.
